FAQ

Do you have any questions about our solution, how it works or how to integrate it? Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Demonstration and test drive

Do you propose a demonstration?

Yes, we propose a quick demonstration using a stand-alone test case. In less than 30 minutes, you can see how AIoTrust detects anomalies from raw OT signals and triggers alerts on different scenarios, explained here.

It is possible to set up a test over a period of 1 or 2 months, on a limited perimeter.

Compatibility with my infrastructure

Which industrial environments are compatible with your solution?

AIoTrust is compatible with all kinds of industrial environments: water treatment, energy, defense, chemicals, food processing, logistics, etc. Our technology withstands severe stress and is CE certified.

Sizing depends on the number of signals to be monitored. In general, one AIo_Insight module (analysis) is installed for every 1 to 8 AIo_Tracks modules (sensing). Our teams can work with you to carry out a risk analysis and identify the most critical equipment to be monitored as a priority. One of the special features of our system is that it is modular and therefore scalable. You can adjust the number of monitored inputs at any time.

Several example configurations are shown here.

Yes, AIoTrust connects directly to the physical I/O of your equipment, without depending on the PLC manufacturer. This guarantees total compatibility with existing equipment.

AIoTrust captures and analyzes raw electrical signals – digital, analog, pulse… If you have signals of any other kind, please let us know.

Yes, AIoTrust is totally independent of SCADA. It operates even in the absence of central supervision, and can detect anomalies that SCADA cannot see.

Installation

How long does it take to install the system?

Standard installation takes just a few hours. No specific development is required: the devices are “plug & play”, for DIN rail mounting.

Yes, AIoTrust is precisely designed for easy integration into existing installations. There is no need to modify your infrastructure or PLCs: the electrical cabinet simply needs to be powered down to perform the connections, and the wiring can be completed quickly.

No. Modules can be added without reconfiguring your system. AIoTrust is non-intrusive, does not disrupt processes, and does not modify OT or IT flows.

Yes, all processing is local, embedded in the hardware. No cloud or remote access is required to run the solution.

No. AIoTrust directly picks up signals already present on your installation. You don’t need to add any new field sensors. But if you want to add sensors to obtain information not already present, you can connect them directly to our AIO_Tracks, without modifying the programming of PLCs and SCADA systems.

Data transmission and processing

Are data and alerts transmitted via the cloud or the internal network?

By default, data is processed locally. Alerts can be transmitted via MQTT or integrated into your existing systems (SCADA, CMMS, etc.). No cloud feedback is imposed, but it can be configured.

The data remains on your site, under your control. We do not pass it on or use it without your explicit consent.

Yes, we offer a local visualization interface for monitoring status, detected anomalies and raw signals. The interface can also be connected to your existing supervision tools.

Data can be exported in standard formats (CSV, JSON) or integrated via API into your third-party systems (supervision, CMMS, cybersecurity, etc.).
