AIoTrust

Our products

Our non-intrusive, plug & play system acts like a sentries monitoring your installation at the I/O level.  The solution is unique in that it is based on real-time analysis of input and output signals from sensors and actuators.

Integration of our electronic devices :

The solution takes the form of a set of electronic signal acquisition and analysis units (secondary analog or digital modules) and primary modules for data analysis, encryption and transmission to a local server. The solution is installed on a power rail (DIN rail) in an electrical cabinet as close as possible to the key production components, such as sensors, motors, pumps, etc. Installation can be carried out on any type of installed system, and does not require any reprogramming of the PLCs.

Our main products

Primary products

The primary modules encrypt and transmit data to a local server. Various communication protocols are available: MQTT, Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.

On-board AI detects an attack on a production unit

Analogue Products

Secondary analogue modules analyse analogue input/output signals from sensors and actuators (4-20mA, 0-24V).

On-board AI detects suspicious commands or commands likely to affect asset life.

Digital Products

Secondary digital modules analyse input/output signals from digital sensors and actuators.

On-board AI is used to detect suspicious commands or commands likely to affect the lifespan of assets.

We receive input signals from actuators or pre-actuators and output signals from sensors. These signals can be analogue or digital, in the 0-24V or 4-20mA range.

Yes, the system can be integrated into an existing process without modifying the installation, whatever the type of PLC used. We capture PLC input/output signals in a non-intrusive way.

The data recovered and analysed is used solely for the purposes of monitoring and optimising your installation. If you decide to set up an internal server, which is what we recommend, then the data will never leave your company.
